Here is the breakdown for how we will use US$25 million of investment:
 

1. Purchase of Building = US$10 million
2. Retrofitting of Building into True-Flex Manufacturing = US$8 million
3. Certification and Validation of Building to ISO/ASO Standards = US$4 million
4. Down Payment for Raw Materials for Manufacturing = US$3 million

Investor will have 50% ownership of new manufacturing facility as insurance, security, and collateral for US$25 million investment. This would total US$40 million in insurance, security, and collateral.

Investor will also get 5% annual interest rate upon total investment for 5 years (which would be divvy in monthly payment); would total US$6.25 million in 5 years. 

In addition, investor will get 5% profit sharing from RT-qPCR HIV manufacturing project for 5 years (which would be divvy in monthly payment); would total US$250 million in 5 years.
 

Total gain package for investor with US$25 million will be over US$300 million for 5 years.
